Approval of the Minutes: Bob made a motion to approve the minutes from the 3-6-18 Board Meeting.  Bill seconded. Motion passed.

Treasurers Report: The balance in the checking account as of 03/31/18 is $59,793.29

Claims:  Bob made a motion to pay the claims. Duke seconded. Motion passed

Accu-Dig -$720.00

Yoder Drainage-$853.72

Rensselaer Septic-$385.00

New Business:

Bids for the Michigan Ave Project:

  1. 1. Yoder’s $25,005
  2. 2. Geri & Steve $23,000

Bob made a motion to accept Yoder’s bid up to 500 feet. We need to let them know we might be stopping at Willis’ drive. Bill seconded. Motion passed.

Jim Hough went out and shot the detention pond with a laser. As discussed at last month’s meeting the pond needs cleaned. Jim will come up a bid for what we would like to be done.

 King got a bid from Josh Deyoung for removing trees on the Warner tiles. The bid is for $1400. Bill made to accept the motion and Bob seconded. Motion passed.
