Attendance- Bob Gonczy, Scott Hivley, King Clark, Duke Gagnon, Bill Smart, and Brian Vanderwall, were in attendance.  Attorney Dan Blaney was also in attendance.


Approval of the Minutes: Bill made a motion to approve the January minutes. Duke seconded. Motion passed 5-0.


Treasurers Report: The balance in the checking account as of 01/31/20 is $50,372.92.



Geri &Steve Carpentry- $690.00 (Polk & Michigan)

Accu-Dig- $960.00 (Serrano House)

Bill made a motion to accept the claims and Duke seconded. Motion passed 5-0.


New Business:

We have two bids for the Kessler Tile Project. One bid is from Matt Deyoung and the second is from Yoders. DeYoung’s bill is roughly $34,080 and Yoders bill is for $31,476.00. Bob made a motion to go ahead with the project. Duke made a motion to have Matt Deyoung do the work. Bob seconded.  Motion passed 4-0. Dan will send a letter to the landowners in the water shed letting them know about the project.
