MINUTES OF THE MOROCCO CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
January 4, 2022
Attendance- King Clark, Scott Hivley, and Bob Gonczy were in attendance. Conservancy Attorney, Dan Blaney was also in attendance. Town employee Brian Vanderwall as in attendance.
Approval of the Minutes: Bob made a motion to approve the December 7, 2021, minutes. Scott seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
Treasurers Report: The balance in the checking account as of 12/31/21 is $43,852.02.
We received our second draw on 12/14/21 in the amount of $29,011.76.
Claims:
- Brownfield Insurance -$100 (Sherri’s bond)
- Brownfield Insurance- $1295 (Insurance Renewal)
Scott made a motion to pay the claims and Bob seconded. Motion passed 3-0.

New Business:
John Adelesperger has purchased the property on Polk St. He is cleaning up the ditch along the railroad. We are waiting to see if this will help with Bill Blaney’s issue.
Bob made a motion to enter into an agreement with Knight, Hoppe, Kurnik, and Knght to represent us in the Seranno claim. Scott seconded. Motion passed 3-0. The Board would like Dan to set up a meeting with them as soon as possible. Dan will contact tomorrow and get back to the Board.
Bob made a motion to adjourn at 5:16p.m. Scott seconded. Motion 3-0.
The next meeting will be on February 1, 2022.
